As EMEA Junior Project Manager you will lead product launches and business projects in the EMEA region, managing stakeholder relationships and communications. It includes performing and overseeing project tasks, measuring performance, managing risks and changes, and closing projects by gathering lessons learned.

Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Product launches and Business projects for the APM Business Unit within EMEA region.
  • Establish and maintain team members and project collaborator relationships, expectations, and communications.
  • Implement and lead the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan in order to achieve the project goals, and actively manage project risks.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions, and communicate to all collaborators.
  • Determine and discern detailed requirements on larger scale projects to establish the project deliverables, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project management plan updated and reflective of authorized project changes.
  • Facilitate the creation and approval of business cases, and use historical data and expert judgment to understand project limitations.
  • Manage project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or business. Master's degree is desirable.
  • 2 years experience in project management in multinational company.
  • Proficiency English level.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
