About the role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the Critical Care division, which is now part of BD following the acquisition of Edwards Critical Care. BD is a global leader in medical technology, dedicated to advancing the world of health through improved medical discovery, diagnostics, and care delivery. This position will involve handling the entire order life cycle, participating in international projects, handling complaints, and performing various office duties

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Order Management: Supervise the entire order life cycle, from entry to completion, check inventory availability, follow up with customers, handle back orders, support consignment checks, process consignment stock orders, and ensure accurate pricing and shipping information.
  • Project Participation: Engage in international and regional projects to improve service quality and customer service efficiency.
  • Complaint Management:Handle complaints related to returned goods, coordinate with the Quality Assurance department, and handle Field Corrective Actions (FCA).
  • Additional Office Duties: Archive and categorize documents.

About you

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP applications (e.g., JDE).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with ERP applications and SFDC.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve difficult situations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize competing objectives.
  • Proficient in English, French and Dutch is a plus
