Main responsibilities will include:

  • Drive sales growth and profitability within the distributor and wholesaler network.
  • Conduct business reviews with selected partners to assess performance and opportunities.
  • Provide guidance, planning, and support to distributors and wholesalers.
  • Lead negotiations on targets, pricing, and commercial agreements.
  • Develop tailored engagement strategies based on customer size and potential.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for distributor consolidation.
  • Maintain and update distributor contracts in the European central repository.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to align strategies and initiatives.

About you:

  • Proven experience in sales or commercial roles, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
  • Experience in medical devices industry is highly appreciated.
  • Able to influence decisions and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Strategic individual who can solve problems with the ability to anticipate market trends and adapt accordingly.
  • Comfortable working with systems and data, with a structured and precise approach to tasks.
