Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing team and establish short / long term business strategy for BDB business unit
- Build expertise in Specimen management for clinical laboratory test and utilize it for supporting partner
- Prepare the monthly/quarterly/yearly business forecasts
- Manage the various marketing activities including presentation, market research, key opinion leader management, congress & exhibitions
- Collect and analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify market opportunities
- Build strong Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships and advisory boards
- Coordinate business work process across country and regional stakeholders, and also shared functions such as SCM, Finance, Regulatory, Public Affairs
- Develop new market shaping initiatives to drive incremental market and business growth
- Complete other tasks including TFT, projects given by business director
- Manage the marketing budget
- Develop and manage the BDB marketing associates
Accountabilities
- Achieve key business objectives - Financial & Strategic
- Submit all required reports, plans and handle correspondence on time
- Achieve company goals and action plans established for the department
- Abide by BD's ethical code and high moral standard
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Science, Life Science, Immunology, Molecular etc (above Master's degree in the field preferred)
- Over 10 years of working experience in marketing and sales
- Knowledge of Flow Cytometry, Single cell culture
- Team managing skills
- Fluent English & Korean in writing and speaking preferred.
- Good level of competency in computer skills including MS office.
