We are offering more flexibility! This position can be either full time or part time based on need and individual agreement

Primary responsibilities include direct and indirect sales activities - promote and sell products of Advanced Patient Monitoring Business Units in the Germany in line with Becton Dickinson policy regarding Shared Values and Business Ethics. Maximize profitable sales volume in the specified territory.
Cooperate with Regional Sales Manager and EU Marketing in developing and implementing a strategy in line with BD APM vision to meet the needs of the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform with an objective to achieve territory action plans and reach sales and profit targets as defined in the annual sales plan in the specified territory
  • Responsibility for direct sales to Customers (hospitals)
  • Monitor and coordinate services rendered by distributors and/or agent to ensure Customer satisfaction
  • Support commercialization and product launch with customers
  • Build and manage customer relations
  • Ensure that customers are provided with adequate technical, product and in-service support, train customers on product use and ensure after sales service by a continued follow with of the Customers
  • Conduct market research - continuously monitor market data, competitors and changes in market trends, and regularly report to Regional Sales Manager
  • Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and hospital management
  • Support Regulatory Affairs dept. on the registration of the products
  • Assist in securing payments from Accounts.
  • Cooperate with Customer Service dept. regarding order management, inventory levels and warehouse forecasts
  • Support participation at tenders.
  • Overview Technical service activities and coordinate external technicians
  • Ensure Complaint handling in accordance with BD Advanced Patient Monitoring SOP and perform Field Corrective Actions
  • Coordinate the organization of BD Advanced Patient Monitoring participation to local seminars, medical exhibitions and trainings
  • Coordinate Customers' participation at educational events and congresses organized by BD Advanced Patient Monitoring or the third party
  • Implement marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues on the effective use of selling process and tools
  • Manage installed base of control monitors: transfers, fixed assets, update software including profitability analysis

Your Profile

  • Experience in sales with medical device and/or clinical experience Required
  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and ability to operate general office machinery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Full understanding of medical device regulatory requirements and documents, device accountability and adverse events reporting
  • Fluent German and English is a Must
