Job Description:

This position is for a Corporate Cards Senior Fulfillment Advisor role within the Global Treasury & Merchant Operations (GTMO) organization. Global Treasury & Merchant Operations is responsible for the end-to-end implementation, servicing, and operations of all treasury and depository solutions for corporate, commercial and business banking clients globally.

The Fulfillment Advisor is the first point of contact for clients following the Sales cycle, responsible for managing the client through the Bank's onboarding the product implementation process. The Fulfillment Advisor will work with the client to fully understand the scope and requirements, and will act as a trusted advisor and client advocate to ensure a seamless delivery, including technical file integration as required. This role allows you to work with clients across multiple segments and industry sectors, giving you a window seat into the evolving landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Using project management methodology, responsible for end to end implementation of large, complex regional corporate card projects through acting as a single point of contact for the client.
  • Ensures a smooth client onboarding (KYC) experience through leveraging experience and partnership with internal parties.
  • Leverages knowledge and industry best practice to provide best in class solutions for customers and actively acts as a trusted advisor to the client through a consultative approach.
  • Works closely with Sales, Client Servicing, Operations, Card Digital Services as well as other internal partners to provide the client with a seamless delivery.
  • Works independently with minimal supervision and promptly escalates matters requiring senior attention.
  • Must be client focused, able to build and sustain relationships, transcend silos to achieve swift adoption and communicate crisply and candidly to drive client delight.
  • Responsible for building and managing client and business partner relationships while improving overall client delight through delivering projects on time.
  • An inquisitive learner who is capable of challenging the status quo, able to pick up new requirements quickly and disseminate information learned to a wider audience.

Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within relevant areas - at least 2 out of Cards, Client Onboarding and Project Management within a large, multinational organisation.
  • Solid understanding of the various card products and their application in the industry
  • Must be a strong communicator with a proven track record.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, navigate change, and prioritise daily.
  • Additionally, the following skills are not essential, but will help you thrive in the role
    • Corporate Cards implementation experience
    • Client onboarding / KYC experience
    • Project Management qualification (PMP / Prince2)
    • Understanding of MasterCard SDG2 system and File Delivery protocols
    • Good problem solving skills and quick learner
    • Team player
    • Additional language skills a plus
