Responsibilities:

  • Participate in small to medium Financial Solutions projects and provide support on larger, complex initiatives.
  • Provide consulting expertise to Finance and Operations managers on accounting and operational issues and analyzes operational impact in the business and financial operations brought about by the project parameters.
  • Research and documenting operational workflow, accounting, and systems analysis.
  • Participate in project execution, such as developing BRDs and conducting testing.
  • Establish working relationships with data owners across multiple lines of business to validate understanding of reporting requirements and ensure complete and timely data submission.
  • Ensure data is accurate, complete, and fit for performing data analyses through various testing procedures and data controls to identify business insights fit for purpose for a particular product set.
  • Develop and execute Enterprise Data Management policies and standards to help monitor data compliance and assess operational elements of the (Enterprise Data Strategy Governance and Operations (EDSGO) relationship.
  • Partner with Business and Technology functions to drive the development of business and functional requirements documents and ensuring strategic upstream resolution for data related incidents.
  • Utilize working knowledge of Banking regulation, financial products, and regulatory reporting to make strategic decisions regarding data souring, transformation, and automation logic.
  • Facilitate design and improvement processes, including key metrics, reporting, and dashboards, using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related; and
  • 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related quantitative occupation.
  • Must include 4 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Ensuring data is accurate, complete, and fit for performing data analyses through various testing procedures and data controls to identify business insights fit for purpose for a particular product set;
