Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex requirements to accomplish business goals.
  • Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and that testing is built in from the outset.
  • Contribute to story refinement and define requirements.
  • Participate in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
  • Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
  • Engineering and designing Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery pipelines leveraging Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Ansible Tower, and XLRelease and troubleshoot build and deployment issues across prod & non-prod environments.
  • Strategizing, designing, and implementing source code branching strategies in Bitbucket for seamless code maintenance to deliver multiple parallel releases and execute post release merges.
  • Automating manual release, deployment activities, and the existing tool stack.
  • Integrating proprietary security scanning tool as part of the CI and CD processes to identify vulnerabilities and improve application coding standards.
  • Configuring new servers, setting up new environments, installing software for Proof of Concepts, executing patch upgrades, carrying out environment shakeout/readiness activities, and reducing environment downtimes.
  • Carrying out incident management, problem management, rootcause analysis and implementing workarounds to restore environment integrity and maintaining books of knowledge.
  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related; and
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
  • Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
