Process Overview

GPO UAT is responsible for various UAT testing engagements encompassing Payment platforms for EMEA, APAC, US, and Canada regions. Team gets involved in program management co-ordinate with various stakeholders such as technology / operations / project management teams. As part of program management involve in providing regular updates to the operations management with respect to progress of the change. As operation's SME get involved in discussions with technology to decode the required from the operations perspective. Associates must ensure to complete testing and operations readiness as per the scheduled timelines.

Job Description


This is a specialized role who would be People Manager to handle all the business/management deliverables while testing the changes for Global Payment Platforms. Role requires good Payment's knowledge and understanding of Testing Life Cycle.

Responsibilities

Incumbent will be responsible for oversight and delivery of Projects handled with in User Acceptance Testing.

  • Take ownership of the projects handled by the team, define responsibilities for team and provide regular work status
  • Work closely with the team to ensure the routine Process Controls
  • Co-ordinate with teams onshore/offshore to complete the testing in time and work back to Green plans where attention is required.
  • Actively participate and contribute to Team huddles and other process discussions keeping in mind business priorities over other things
  • Actively get involved in the Projects / Business Priorities of the year and deliver the same as per roles and responsibilities assigned with full ownership and accountability
  • Bring in Process improvements to simplify and standardize processes
  • Escalate issues to the Leadership team as they arise - any potential losses and escalations
  • As per defined roles and responsibilities, ensure the LOB Dashboard calls are taken care
  • Be ready to take and deliver on Adhoc responsibilities that may arise in the business
  • Mentor team in upskilling and reskilling of their capabilities.

Requirements


Education : BCOM / Post Graduate

Certifications If Any : If Any in testing of payments

Experience Range

13-15 years

Foundational skills : Knowledge of payments , Communication skills, Manage multiple stakeholders , Change Management

  • Good Communication Skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have relevant work experience as defined above
  • Must have good understanding of the Investigations process
  • Thoroughly understand the Testing Life Cycle
  • Ability to multitask , prioritizing urgent items & deliver on time
  • Willingness and able to own tasks to completion
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and shift timings
  • Excellent MS Office Skills required to handle variety of reports

Desired skills


Good Communication with Payments knowledge & Project Management is preferred

Work Timings

7.30 AM to 10.30 pm (9 Hours flexible to work)
