Essential Functions:
High caliber professional providing the Global Leasing line of business with meaningful reporting & analytics for Senior Leadership, Sales Partners and support functions across the organization and firm. This role will support report development, reporting tool administration and production of recurring/ad-hoc needs to support the business. The candidate should anticipate a fluid environment which requires our team to anticipate future needs while working on current projects or tasks and continually improving the reporting platform.
- Gather and interpret data and sources to assist with report development and presentations based on analytical findings
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and publish intellectual capital effectively and efficiently
- Support firm quality standards through detailed fact-checking, quality control, and adherence of team standards
- Gain knowledge of data attributes and source systems to understand, communicate and articulate approach and limitations
- Support reporting tool platform with administrative functions including user access/metrics, project maintenance, size/scale review in addition to periodic upgrades and testing.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree - accounting, finance, data analytics, information technology or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Prior Work Experience:
5+ Years related experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Toad
- Familiarity with various database architectures (Oracle, MySQL etc....), structured query language (SQL) and MS Office tools including advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills along with attention to detail
- Solid organizational and oral/written communication skills
- Ability to work well both independently and in team-oriented environment
- Possess a natural curiosity and desire to improve and/or streamline processes
- Travel-less than 5%

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$70,000.00 - $116,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
