Process Overview
The Risk and Finance Technology (RFT) organization is responsible for the management and delivery of technology for the bank's enterprise control functions. We also manage GT&O's business operations, business process and controls, workforce management, Simplify & Improve (SIM) governance, and initiative and master planning processes.
Job Description
As an experienced senior Developer, the individual will be responsible for delivering technical solutions, enhancements and modernization of the Banks General Ledger application using Oracle Cloud Fusion technologies interacting with the US team. Should have experience with relational database, and proficiency with BIP Reports, SOACS, RESTFUL Webservices. Should have strong Banking and Finance functions domain background.
Responsibilities
• Developing and maintaining applications using Oracle Cloud Fusion related technologies
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, Business Analysts, Architects and stakeholders to design and
implement scalable technical solutions which meet business needs.
• Understanding and evaluating SQL, PLSQL
• Ensuring compliance of standards and conventions in developing programs
• Translate business requirements into software applications
Job requires interactions with the US team leadership/developer and strong technical background
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Information Technology
• Experience Range: 10-15 years
Foundational skills
o Oracle Cloud Fusion Financial Techno/Functional with 10+ Years of experience in General Ledger/ Accounts Payables/ Fixed Assets
o Expertise in Oracle Cloud/ Fusion Implementations/Support and Integration (GL , AP , FA , Security)
o Proven experience in designing scalable, high-performance systems and architecting solutions for complex business and regulatory requirements
o Hands-on Experience in BIP Reports, SOACS, RESTFUL Webservices
o Hands- on in SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux (5+ years)
Desired skills:
o Excellent oral/written communication skills
o Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
