Job Description:
This job is responsible for defining, providing and overseeing analytical processes for highly complex regulatory reporting for one or more operations product teams. Key responsibilities include managing complex projects and workstreams involving systems enhancements, process improvements, products and services. Job expectations include serving as a subject matter expert to other teammates and handling highly complex issues that require management and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
The GM (NFRR) team is responsible for the consistent application of interpretation, data sourcing, preparation, governance and oversight of Global Markets regulatory reports - with the overall goal of centralizing and standardizing regulatory reporting across Global Market Operations.
The Product management function is part of the NFRR team and by partnering with functional stakeholders and technology groups we prioritize and manage change driven by business, legal, regulatory, compliance or market requirements. The function is seeking to recruit associates into a growing team to support the Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) Change program across global regions.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers highly complex regulatory reports to regulatory agencies in line with expectations on completeness, accuracy, quality, and timeliness
- Defines and executes control practices, including compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements, including data quality standards
- Ensures that key risks, performance indicators, and desktop procedures are fully documented, in line with enterprise standards, reviewed on a regular basis and challenged and escalated where necessary
- Responds to inquiries from regulatory agencies and internal control partners (e.g., Audit and Compliance), and provides reporting, as needed
- Establishes credible, collaborative and influential relationships with key senior stakeholders, including FLU and Front Office partners
- Identifies, tracks, and remediates errors, breaches, data issues and control enhancements that impact the respective reports
- Coordinates the partnership with upstream process owners and data providers to improve data quality of regulatory reports, and with Non Financial Regulatory Reporting Interpretation and Technology teams to review and maintain data dictionaries for completeness of business requirements and ensure completeness of all operational and reporting requirements

Required Skills:
• Help deliver a comprehensive product strategy across reporting platforms.
• Develops complex advancement reports using SQL, Microsoft Office and other utilities or languages as necessary
• Writing SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures to extract data
• Attend to ad-hoc queries from Internal (Head Office, Front Office, Local management) and/or external stakeholders
• Establish a robust prioritization model for report automation, product enhancement and data quality improvements
• Implement effective routines to ensure business requirements are understood, tracked and documented, whilst holding key business and technology partners accountable
• Implement the teams routines, processes and protocols
• Establish comprehensive, data-informed, and long-term strategy for enhancing reporting platforms and report automation in the portfolio with fully developed tools for maintaining or altering the strategy
• Drive horizontal thinking on product strategy, technology requirements and solutions. Drive execution improvements in the Agile space to ensure consistent product management practices are in place and adhered to including high quality deliverables and role clarity with partners
• Collaborate with a variety of partners in multiple formats throughout the Agile process to deliver product change on time and on budget
• You will plan and organize projects using tools and techniques, including Technology platforms used by client facing employees, change management tools, and risk and issue management tools to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
• You will navigate across various Lines of Business and partner organizations, including Technology and Risk, leading them to negotiate decision making for efficient and effective resolution.
• You will develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan, raising any risks, developing a mitigation plan, and escalating issues appropriately to respective stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
• Global Markets Operations Project Management experience
• Excellent knowledge of VBA, SQL
• Ability to provide clear oral and written communication to a variety of business and technical audiences.
• Ability to communicate the business value, program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, Product Owners and others so they understand and adhere to the product strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritization efforts
• Identify efficiency gains in regulatory reporting processing
• Identify, evaluate and remediate potential risks to regulatory reporting
• Ability to influence and drive progress across key business partners

• Experience with regulatory programs - understanding requirements through to implementation
• Experience with regulatory project delivery and interaction via exams, periodic routines etc.
• Knowledge of Operations processing & regulatory requirements.
• Proficient with MS products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$66,000.00 - $92,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
