Job Description:

The Client Valuations Operations ("CVO") team's primary responsibility is to enable Bank's operation to furnish valuation statements to clients through Bank's approved processes. Products covered include traded Securities, Loans, OTC Derivatives and FX by Global Markets business. The position requires day-to-day responsibilities including -

• Ensure timely delivery of our mark-to-market reports to clients.
• Ensure accuracy of financial product details and clients' contacts setup in the system.
• Liaise with sales, traders and clients with regards to clients' mark-to-market requests.
• Assist with clients' outstanding position and valuation audit requests.
• Resolve valuation and trade discrepancies with other partners including technology, finance team, trading, and sales.
• Represent the APAC region in global team calls for various initiatives including; process improvements, technology enhancements, risk mitigation, audits, etc.
• Participate in automation initiatives to enhance efficiencies of CVO processes and be help promote re-application or idea generation for other teams in Global Collateral Operations organization.
• Both English (business level) and Japanese (native/near-native business level)language skills needed
