Job Description:
Directly reports to the most senior-level executives of the organization. Provides confidential administrative services and handles personal business matters to optimize the executives time for managing corporate business. Plans and organizes work and develops procedures to meet organizational requirements. Manages several different objectives, projects and/or activities at one time. Composes, signs, and releases complex correspondence. Acts as a liaison to external groups to schedule or coordinate events where the executive is a corporate chair, director and/or committee member. High-level client contact and exposure to sensitive information. Ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment. Excellent verbal and written communication both in Japanese and English. Advanced administrative support, analytical skills, and knowledge of a variety of software programs.
