Job Description:

Bank of America is a top issuer of global commercial card programs. The continued growth of our cards business is driven by ongoing investments and innovation in our commercial card capabilities to help our clients optimize their supplier and travel spending.

As part of the Bank of America's Commercial Card and Comprehensive Payables Product Team, the incumbent will be part of a dynamic, fast growing business and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions for some of the world's largest companies. The incumbent will be responsible for owning all the Commercial Card products. The incumbent must be comfortable partnering with internal and external partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and execute on strategic initiatives. The incumbent will oversee innovative initiatives to deliver on client needs, drive innovation, identify revenue opportunities, eliminate expense for the business while maintaining the highest level of quality products. The incumbent must be organized with strong multi-tasking abilities, a clear communicator, and a proactive partner and leader.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ required years of experience in product delivery, management or development
  • Bachelors' degree
  • Understanding of Commercial Cards industry
  • Understanding of BofA or External Bank Card solutions
  • Strategic thinker & tactical execution skillset
  • Strong multi-tasker responsible for various projects simultaneously Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work on MS Office tools

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with Cash Management products & solutions
  • Experience with fintechs
  • Technical experience related to client integration / implementation
