Job Description:

Handles moderately complex customer problems and issues for assigned accounts. Requires a minimum amount of day-to-day supervision. Is able to handle detailed instructions under pressure and a relatively high volume of credits. Has a well-developed expertise/knowledge, but not yet considered to be the "expert" for the assigned area. Has a good working knowledge of the various credit-related products and a good understanding of loan/credit documentation. Takes initiative to work through issues. Is able to perform well in a cross-functional team environment. Typically requires at least 4 to 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer service representative responsible for a dedicated portfolio of asset based loan facilities.
  • Process, analyze and evaluate daily client activity, monitor the receipt of client reports, review the content for irregularities and/or discrepancies and follow up with the client and Loan Officer.
  • Reconcile client Accounts Receivable aging, perform ineligible calculations for Accounts Receivable and Inventory collateral accurately, timely and in compliance with Loan Servicing Standards.
  • Process loan and collateral transactions
  • Monitor Libor loans.
  • Reconcile Letter of Credit Information with detail.
  • Reconcile interest and fees with maturity and due dates.
  • Prepare/verify Participation principal, interest and fee settlements.
  • Review loan documentation
  • Perform assigned functions/tasks within the team

Desired Skills:

  • Asset Based Lending experience
  • Commercial credit fulfillment, servicing, operations or lending experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
