Job Title: Director - Business Finance Control Product Lead

A fantastic opportunity has become available in the Paris office for a Business Finance Control Product Lead to join the wider CFO Group as a Director. The successful candidate will oversee two reporting lines, Global Equities CFO and oversight of GBAM Finance EMEA.
As this is a Director level role, the candidate will be a member of a number of Senior Leadership Teams including; Global Equities CFO, EMEA GBAM Finance and EU Group CFO. In this capacity there will be an expectation to coordinate across all the different LOB CFO's Globally and Regionally to execute on the EU Finance objectives, whilst maintaining an understanding of local reporting and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- This role is considered a CFO leadership role, with the successful candidate working closely with the France country executive, EU Head of Market risk, compliance, regulatory relations and trading
- Review daily/weekly/monthly revenue and Balance sheet performance metrics
- Provide oversight on Valuation controls
- Provide oversight on Forecast/ICAAP/Recover Planning
- Risk Committee and Board prep
- Regulatory face off
Core Skills:
- Extensive Product Control experience within a Global Markets business
- Bachelor's Degree
- Masters, CFA, MBA, and/or Accounting Qualification are all desired
- Experience directly managing people
- Proven record of indirectly managing people by influence
