Process Overview

GIS Identity & Access Management team's goal is to provide access services (provision and de-provision) for enterprise platforms (Mainframe/Midrange platform and Windows platform).

The primary team functions include provisioning and de-provisioning based on fully approved Access Request Management (ARM) tickets, support and escalation functions based on IT Service Management (ITSM) tickets.

Job Description

GAO Analyst shall be responsible for working on administering user ID platform access and protecting information residing on Bank's domain and platforms. He/ She will facilitate requests with Lines of Business in the Bank to ensure the access requests are performed to meet process SLO

Provides consulting expertise to line managers on productivity issues, analyzes operational impact in the business brought by the project parameters

Responsibilities

  • Access Provisioning and De-Provisioning - Performs user id administration (additions, modifications, deletions) for operating systems and in-house platforms or pre-defined Role Based Access Control definitions
  • Termination - Perform access De-provisioning of users who have left the organization or transferring to/from other hierarchies.
  • Incident Management - Basic application access related issues on Login issues, Password issues, Access Locked/Disabled
  • Audit Reports and Inactive users report - Performs inactivity cleanup for users on various applications
  • Participate/drive efforts to automate information collection and dissemination
  • Engage with peers and cross-functional teams to derive tactical solutions
  • Defend decisions/positions with fact-backed information analytics
  • Process building/ Re-Engineering skills - Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies, process improvements & automations.
  • Risk Management - Review and Monitor the process for risk evaluation and reduction along with audit readiness

Requirements

Education

BE/BTECH/MCA/MSC (IT) equivalent (Any Technical Degree)

Certifications If Any : ITIL, MCP, Security+, CISA/CISM

Experience Range :3+ Years

Foundational skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management domain is required
  • Strong understanding of Identity Access Management architecture, technology and standards
  • Experience with Role Base Access Controls, Active Directory, ARS Tools, Network File Share, RACF & mainframe systems
  • Knowledge of Privileged Access Management processes and technologies (monitoring, controls etc.).
  • Strong understanding of multiple platforms, (Windows, Mainframe & Midrange)
  • Good Scripting or automation tools knowledge (Python, PowerShell, Shell Scripting etc..)
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to efficiently acquire and utilize new skills in response to change
  • Must be able to engage and leverage teams and business partners to efficiently deliver business solutions.
  • Must be able to identify, analyze and address problems to resolve issues whenever possible in way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization.
  • Must be pro-active and be able to drive direction of work that needs to be completed, ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight.
  • Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding.
  • Tableau (intermediate skills such as running reports, downloading material, report engineering)
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Desired skills

  • Linux/Windows/LDAP+SQL/ Mainframe
  • Experience in Rest API, PowerShell, Authentications, RACF,MFA etc.
  • Experience in one of IAM solutions such as: CyberArk, NetIQ, ForgeRock, RSA, SailPoint, Ping Identity
  • Advance Excel and Reporting
  • Good Presentation skills
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
