The Team
Our London team is driven by a shared commitment to growing the local platform. We are proud of our diverse team, bringing together a range of backgrounds, experiences and skill sets. An opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Group based in our London office. In this role you will be assisting in covering senior bankers who does client event. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both individual tasks and joint team responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Diary management, including organising internal/external meetings
- Handling sensitive and confidential material and information
- Establish professional and effective communication at all levels with internal stakeholders and assistants in your area
- Cultivating relationships with external clients and their assistants, develop knowledge of banker's clients, transactions and specific individuals where possible.
- Manage professional response to telephone calls, taking ownership of queries
- Management of email system, prioritising and responding where appropriate.
