Job Description:

Facilities Administrative Assistant

Pay range for this position is $21.15 to $29.10

Responsibilities:

Provides secretarial support to the AVP, Facility Director, Managers and Supervisors. Sorts, opens, and distributes mail. Maintains calendar, daily schedules, and schedules/arranges meetings. Coordinates travel arrangements and verifies travel expense reports. Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly production and accuracy reports. Handles confidential information relating to Human Resources issues. Maintains monthly reconciliation of petty cash fund and distributes petty cash as needed. Prepares monthly reports. Codes invoices and submits to Expense Payable for payment. May assists with facility related programs and meeting such as Service Awards, Associate of the Month, United Way, etc. Performs special projects as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Demonstrated PC Skills including MS Word and other Word Processing applications.

PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

• Good written/verbal communication skills required.

• Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask.

• Demonstrated ability to respond/work effectively in rapidly changing environment.
