Our Digital Business Analysts are client-facing building great relationships, and managing stakeholders is critical. As an experienced business analyst, you're used to working to high standards - in this role you will manage projects and clients at an exceptionally high level. Our Digital Business Analysis team collects and analyzes requirements and solves client problems using solutions. It serves as a liaison between Avanade clients and consultants, particularly during initial project phases.

What you'll do

• Support the translation of client finance industry & regulatory requirements into mainframe related solutions, including requirements approval, communication, traceability, and reuse.

• Contribute to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test teams.
* Use client workflow technology to automate business processes.

• Stay abreast on updates and new releases in Microsoft technologies.

• Educate end users on Avanade capabilities

• Identify use cases to define and prioritize technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.

• Work with customers to understand existing process flows and requirements, then help design processes and proofs-of-concept for new systems or solutions.

• Communicate effectively with client, experience design, and technical teams to build a common understanding and manage expectations.

About you

• Experience participating in requirements gathering process .

• Financial Industry experience including GIC and regulatory reporting.

• Exposure to host technologies like Z/OS, AS/400.

• Ability to effectively facilitate requirements gathering sessions.

• Understanding of the bridge between experience design and engineering.

• Strong client interface and presentation skills.

• Strong business acumen.

• Ability to manage customer expectations effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
