Database Migration Lead

Join our dynamic team where you will assemble system components, coordinate testing, quality assurance, and customer support to ensure smooth and timely product updates. You will maintain control over test and production systems, create system builds, and document release engineering procedures for continuous improvement. Together we do what matters.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and execute database migrations, including lift-and-shift and IaaS to PaaS transitions.

• Work with Azure SQL IaaS and PaaS, as well as Oracle database lift-and-shift.

• Implement best practices in database migrations and optimization.

• Plan migrations using assessment reports.

• Utilize Azure Migrate for database migrations.

• Conduct workshops with stakeholders on database migration planning.

Core Skills Requirements:

• Proficiency in planning and executing database migrations.

• Experience with Azure SQL IaaS and PaaS.

• Expertise in Oracle database lift-and-shift.

• Knowledge of best practices in database migrations and optimization.

• Ability to plan migrations using assessment reports.

• Familiarity with Azure Migrate for database migrations.

• Strong communication skills for conducting workshops with stakeholders.

• Knowledge of data security and compliance.

• Experience with SQL Server.
