Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Senior Talent Partnerships Program Manager to join our dynamic team at Autodesk. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to develop, lead, and manage global talent partnerships and initiatives designed to attract, hire, and cultivate top talent, focusing on representation across all levels. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to shape innovative talent programs and events that enhance Autodesk's reputation as an employer of choice and a leader in design and make.

This role will report to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Attraction and Employee Onboarding. This role will be a remote/hybrid capacity and can be based in the United States with event travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Global Talent Partnership Leadership: Spearhead the identification, selection, and management of strategic global partnerships that align with Autodesk's overarching business objectives. Ensure all talent partnerships and events are in harmony with the company's mission to inspire and develop top-tier talent
  • Event Management & Activation: Design and execute high-impact events, from small-scale bespoke activations to large-scale global conferences, to engage, attract, and recruit top talent. Represent Autodesk as a premier employer, showcasing the company's unique culture, technology, and opportunities to diverse talent pools
  • Diverse Talent Pipeline: ensure partnerships align with our commitment to representation by leading initiatives that build a diverse talent pipeline across all levels
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to integrate talent partnership strategies into broader organizational initiatives. Leverage diverse internal perspectives to amplify the strategic impact of each partnership
  • Executive Engagement & Sponsorship: Create and manage an executive sponsorship model to elevate the visibility and impact of talent partnership efforts. Engage senior leaders in driving these initiatives, fostering their advocacy and participation to reinforce Autodesk's employer brand and talent objectives
  • Performance Measurement & Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of each talent partnership. Regularly analyze and report on the success of partnerships, ensuring continuous improvements through data-driven insights
  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Maintain open and transparent communication with cross-functional teams and leadership to report on program progress, outcomes, and recommendations for further success. Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency in all talent partnership efforts

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Experience & Expertise: Proven experience in managing large-scale, high-impact talent acquisition events, partnerships, and employer branding initiatives. A solid track record in building and managing talent programs that drive strategic business outcomes
  • Program Management Skills: Strong project management capabilities with experience handling multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met on time. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both internal teams and external partners. Proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders
  • Diversity and Inclusion Advocacy: A deep passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with demonstrated experience in fostering diverse talent pipelines and aligning diversity initiatives with business objectives
  • Independent & Collaborative: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead projects while also working collaboratively with teams to achieve shared goals
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports for both internal and external stakeholders

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,700 and $185,570. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
