We are expanding our support team for the Collaboration Services organization, part of Enterprise Systems & Experience organization, to enhance the company's IT systems, applications, and processes. The team is seeking an experienced Airtable Administrator to help guide this team in their journey towards becoming a world-class engineering team.

Responsibilities
User Management and Security Compliance
- Administer user accounts, access permissions, and security settings in Airtable to ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations and role-based access controls
- Conduct regular audits of access control and security configurations to maintain compliance with data privacy and security standards
Platform Administration and Customization
- Configure and maintain Airtable workspaces and bases to meet business requirements
- Develop and implement custom views, forms, and automation workflows to enhance business processes
- Define and document best practices, policies, and standards for Airtable usage within the organization
Integrations and Development
- Support integrations between Airtable and third-party applications such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, PowerBI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Automate
- Develop scripts and automation using Airtable's scripting block, API, and tools such as JavaScript and PowerShell to improve operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with enterprise tools, ensuring smooth data flow across platforms
Workflow Development and Optimization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize Airtable workflows to streamline operations
- Provide expert recommendations on Airtable schema design, linking relationships, and data structure improvements
- Establish automation processes to improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency
End-User Support and Training
- Provide front-line support to the Airtable user community, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly
- Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and best practice guides for internal teams
- Conduct regular office hours and workshops to educate users on Airtable functionality and new features.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Analyze system performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in Airtable utilization
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into Airtable adoption and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and refine processes based on analytics insights
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing and administering Airtable in an enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with Airtable configuration, automation, and scripting capabilities.
- Proven experience in integrating Airtable with other enterprise tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and HRIS systems
- Strong background in developing Airtable bases, workflows, and optimizing business processes
- Experience with end-user support, training, and documentation development
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards, including data governance and access control measures
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and automation tools such as Power Automate or Zapier
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related quantitative field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing cloud-based collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell to enhance Airtable automation.
- Experience with data migration projects involving platforms like Smartsheet and Trello.
- Understanding of ITSM principles and methodologies.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $97,600 and $168,300. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
