About the Role:
CrowdStrike's Next-Gen SIEM is the leading edge product for security and visibility, how would you like to directly support all development opportunities for this product? As a Systems Administrator, you will be expected to contribute to the design, architecture and deployment of EC2 (AWS) / VM (Azure) instances to further enhance the current lab capabilities.
What You'll Do:
You will be a key component in re-designing and building lab environments to satisfy security and developmental requirements with 3rd party product integrations, team access coordination, and domain specific expansion of the lab. You will collaborate with several engineering teams across various timezones to understand their requirements and assist in troubleshooting and debugging these integrations and deployments. You will work closely with Partners (Vendors) to help strengthen the partnership and increase the scalability of the lab. You will also expand internal teams knowledge by creating detailed documentation and mappings of the lab environment while maintaining security and auditing controls and access.
What You'll Need:
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in Operating, administrating, designing, and architecting cloud environments such as AWS, and Microsoft Azure (implement security best practices to improve and harden security posture).
- Experience Configuring identity and access management (IAM), SSO, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) integrations. (i.e Entra ID, Azure AD, Active Directory, Okta, SSO, MFA)
- Architecture, design and administration knowledge of Microsoft Exchange | DNS | IIS | DHCP | Active Directory | Group Policy.
- Experience in roles as a network engineer/developer, network analyst, or network administrator understanding and implementing security best practices.
- Experience working across various backend technology stacks to create secure data ingestion pipelines into a network environment.
- Working knowledge of Python scripting for automation, scripting with API's and regular expressions.
- Excellent communication skills, especially working with cross functional teams
- Humio Query Language and backend knowledge
- Windows and Linux administration
- Python and Powershell scripting
- Regex parsing knowledge
- AWS Services
- Microsoft Azure Services
- Infrastructure-as-code tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform and Azure Templates.
- Git
- Atlassian SDLC tools

- SaaS security products across various domains
- Experience with SIEM solutions
- Strong networking knowledge (CCNA or equivalent)
- Golang, Python, Powershell coding/scripting experience
- Previous roles using core AWS Services (S3, Lambda, EC2, IAM, etc.)
- Background administering security products such as firewalls, email appliances, NDR tools, etc.
