Autodesk is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to join our dynamic Legal, Government Affairs, and Public Policy team. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces complex challenges, and has a passion for building strong partnerships. You will directly support three senior leaders, providing essential administrative support, handling highly sensitive and confidential matters, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the team. Our ideal candidate is able to handle sensitive matters with integrity and confidentiality, detail-oriented, and flexible individual who takes initiative, can juggle multiple priorities, and anticipates the needs of the executives they support. You should be adept at managing complex calendars, arranging both domestic and international travel, and communicating with various stakeholders at all levels.
This role can be based in a hybrid capacity at one of our office hubs: San Francisco, Denver, or Portland.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Provide seamless administrative support to three senior leaders, managing complex and ever-changing calendars, scheduling team meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel logistics. Create and manage expense reports and ensure timely processing
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with other Executive Assistants (EAs) to ensure alignment across multiple priorities, support project management, and coordinate cross-functional activities and tasks. Assist in managing the flow of information between internal and external stakeholders, including highly confidential matters
- Event & Meeting Planning: Organize and coordinate multi-day events, meetings, and conferences, both on and offsite. This includes handling meeting logistics, preparing agendas, preparing meeting materials, managing food and beverage, and ensuring that attendees' needs are met
- Communication & Documentation: Draft, review, and manage internal communications, including emails, presentations, and other documentation for the team. Maintain accurate, up-to-date documents and knowledge-sharing tools (e.g., wikis, web pages)
- Travel Management: Coordinate all business travel arrangements, prepare detailed travel itineraries, and communicate changes or updates to stakeholders
- Team Support: Serve as a liaison between team members, the leadership team, and external contacts. Ensure that important information is shared promptly and accurately, and foster positive working relationships across departments
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with various ad-hoc projects as needed by the leadership team. This may include research, special reports, process improvements, or any other assignments requiring flexibility, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach. You will help drive initiatives that align with team goals, manage the execution of projects, and coordinate timelines and deliverables
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment - experience supporting multiple executives is a preference
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail, analytical ability, and strong organizational skills
- Proven judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel), Technology-Slack and/ or Teams or relevant tools
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $73,400 and $126,500. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
