Position Overview
As a Data Scientist, Customer Technical Success (CTS) at Autodesk, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to extract valuable insights, developing predictive models, and contributing to the overall data strategy of the organization. As a member of the CTS Data & Analytics (D&A) team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, design experiments, and drive data-driven decision-making for the organization. The group has Bi Developers, analysts, and data scientists who support the CTS Organization.

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and objectives.
• Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate models.
• Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Support the deployment and monitoring of models in production environments.
• Document procedures and provide guidance on best practices.
• Act as the data subject matter expert for the area of the business you support - understanding dataset structure, data quality, and appropriate analysis use cases.
• Understand existing metrics and data models and identify and document areas for improvement to contribute to the overall Autodesk data infrastructure.
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
