JOB DUTIES: PARTNER WITH THE PRODUCT TEAM RESPONSIBLE FOR ESTABLISHING VIDEO MESSAGING AS A CORE COMMUNICATION TOOL FOR WORKPLACE TEAMS WITH A SPECIFIC FOCUS ON COLLABORATION AND ADMINISTRATION CAPABILITIES. TRANSLATE PRODUCT CAPABILITIES INTO USE CASES, BENEFITS, AND BUSINESS OUTCOMES. PARTNER WITH PRODUCT, SALES, AND SUCCESS TEAMS TO DRIVE AWARENESS AND ADOPTION OF VIDEO MESSAGING PRODUCTS TO IMPROVE COLLABORATION AND ADMINISTRATION AMONGST OUR TARGET ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS. DEFINE POSITIONING, DEVELOP MESSAGING, AND CREATE COLLATERAL TO CONVINCE BUYERS TO ADOPT AND USE VIDEO MESSAGING PRODUCTS ON A DAILY BASIS WITH THEIR TEAMMATES APPLYING A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF THE MARKET AND COMPANY'S TARGET ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS AND ADMINS INCLUDING THEIR MOTIVATIONS AND PAIN POINTS. OWN THE LAUNCH OF NEW PRODUCTS AND CAPABILITIES, END-TO-END, INCLUDING MEASURING THEIR SUCCESS. GUIDE PRODUCT VISION, INFLUENCE ROADMAP, AND DEVELOP GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY TO DELIVER BUSINESS OUTCOMES; INFLUENCE PRICING STRATEGY. OWN AND CONTINUALLY IMPROVE COMPANY'S SALES NARRATIVE AND PITCH DECK AS PRODUCT MATURES AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE MARKET, COMPETITORS, AND CUSTOMERS EVOLVES. CREATE WRITTEN CONTENT TO ENABLE OUR SALES AND SUCCESS TEAMS TO CLOSE NEW DEALS AND EXPAND EXISTING ACCOUNTS, INCLUDING CUSTOMER STORIES, COMPETITOR BATTLE CARDS, PRODUCT FACT SHEETS, AND BUYER PERSONAS.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 4 YEARS OF PRODUCT MARKETING EXPERIENCE IN A B2B ROLE, INCLUDING 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PLANNING GO-TO-MARKET CAMPAIGNS AND WORKING WITH B2B SALES TEAMS ON ENABLEMENT OR TRAINING; 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE WITH HEX, TABLEAU, OR OTHER CAMPAIGN ANALYTICS TOOLS AND EXPERIENCE RESEARCHING AND LAUNCHING PRICING OR PACKAGING CHANGES AT A SAAS COMPANY.
ALTERNATE EDUCATION: BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR A RELATED FIELD.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: MUST PASS TECHNICAL INTERVIEW.
OFFERED WAGE: $129,600 TO $173,500 PER YEAR
