Introduction
As part of a team that functions 24x7, the EUV Fab Team Group Lead will be the first point of contact for both operational needs as well as organizational needs. They will own reports and be accountable for their output. This includes performance, skills management, quality, and above all safety.

Role and Responsibilities
- Work together with the current EUV leadership team to support their direct reports, the 24x7 shift engineers.
- Work with the EUV leadership team to improve the shift and the entire team through both people development and organizational improvements.
The group leader will occasionally flex working hours to match the same shifts as their team and will ensure continuous support for the 24x7 operations in both personnel scheduling and skills management in the team.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required. Masters preferred.
- Minimum 5- 10 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience managing a team of engineers.
