What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?
• You will be the liaison/interface between Arrow's suppliers and Arrow sales team.

• The main purpose of the position is to develop, grow and leverage the influential supplier relationships to negotiate competitive pricing and availability, to increase sales and gross profit dollars for all regions.
• As the primary point of contact between the Arrow sales team and the supplier, Product Specialists also arrange meetings via webcast, phone, or in person in order to drive and increase our market share.
• Learns quickly the process of: returns, quotes, delivery, pricing and special restrictions.
• You will identify manufacturing problems to resolve delivery response issues and utilizes management's help when necessary. You will investigate price anomalies across all regions and work to maintain price stability.
• Work with management to overcome obstacles within a supplier and makes it transparent to the sales team. Need coaching to prioritize and adjust to changing markets, customer demands and supplier changes.
You will be able to deliver corporate directives into job with management guidance.
• You will engage in strategic conversations with sales leaders to strategize on opportunities while leveraging influential supplier relationships to develop sales strategies and goals for the product group, you will offer competitive solutions. You will follow up with sales daily quotes.
• Drive multi-location/global quotes and determine support for both franchised and non-franchised suppliers. Turn quotes quickly. Generate sales growth from quarter to quarter.
You will work backlog to manage on time delivery and meet all business report card requirements.
We offer hybrid model of work (3 days in the Machelen office, Twin Square).
What are we looking for?
- Native French language
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
- Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach
- Effective communication with people at all levels
- Natural propensity to adopt a structured approach i.e. managing time in the office and on the road, determining who key decision makers are and the dynamics of the sales of complex projects.
- Ability to learn product benefits and solution sales concepts including working with alliance vendors.
- Problem solving and capacity to follow through on a task to conclusion.
- Experience is IT is desired, but not mandatory
