Pre-Sales Engineer
Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for the technical management of aligned vendor(s) as well as the new business development. Your role will involve continuous relationship development between the business area, regional teams, and the vendors to ensure trust and support of business objectives. You will report to the Head of Alliances and be a part of a fun, diverse team.

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?
- You will be responsible for ensuring the required level of certification in line with Arrow's strategic product areas.
- Promoting Arrow's technical positioning by combining software and hardware expertise.
- Building & maintaining influential relationships with customers, suppliers and Arrow partners. Creating demand for Arrow products by proactively offering engineering and supply chain solutions.
- Creating proposals for new projects with cost details and benefits of proposed solutions.
- Supporting the business teams in the development, construction of offers to the clients and answering different technical questions on your assigned solutions.
- Obtain technical certifications and expand your practical skills for different Vendors.
- Training, webinar, technical presentations, product demos, PoCs.
- Customer visits (virtual and onsite) with sales colleagues.
What are we looking for?
- You have experience in a similar position within pre-sales, sales and business development within a relevant sector.
- Technical IT high school or technical degree in Computer science
- Customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology Experience on Cloud/Security/Networking/Datacenter Vendors.
- Can build and develop strategic business relationships.
- You have interacted with high-level stakeholders from large accounts.
- Strong knowledge of the market, and a good understanding of the added value that a distributor provides to the channel.
- Effective communication with people at all levels.
- Fluency in English.
