NPI Project Manager II
Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading complex cross functional and global projects.
- Leads project calls, assigns work and manages project to timeline and outcomes.
- Stakeholder management-Leads stakeholder management sessions and keeps various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication.
- Creation of project related process documents.
- Assist in training and mentoring new and existing employees with regard to policies and procedures related to project outcomes (for both Project Management and Green Belt disciplines)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office)

- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience

- Works and helps lead engineers.
- Understands engineering processes
- Understands business processes
- Nice to haves: Green Belt Certification, Project Management Professional Certification
Experience / Education
- Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
- Engineering or technical degree
- Experience with NPI projects

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$89,900.00 - $124,080.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
