Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading complex cross functional and global projects.
  • Leads project calls, assigns work and manages project to timeline and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder management-Leads stakeholder management sessions and keeps various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Creation of project related process documents.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new and existing employees with regard to policies and procedures related to project outcomes (for both Project Management and Green Belt disciplines)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office)

  • Understands engineering processes
  • Understands business processes
  • Nice to haves: Green Belt Certification, Project Management Professional Certification

Experience / Education

  • Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
  • Engineering or technical degree
  • Experience with NPI projects

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$89,900.00 - $124,080.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
