Job Description:
Our next HR Associate will be a part of our Corporate HR Team within our HR Solutions Center. This is an exciting team to be a part of as you get to work with many aspects of HR and support many people throughout the organization. We're looking for a candidate who has some HR experience but is looking to learn, grow and would like a long-term career in HR. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, a professional demeanor, the ability to think outside the box, and strong Excel skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Initiates requisitions and/or assists with facilitating appropriate approvals for requisitions.
- Schedules candidates for telephone and/or face-to-face interviews.
- Enters and tracks candidate data in various electronic systems and runs standard reports as required.
- Administers pre-employment activities, including, but not limited to, coordinating forms, applications, offer letters, drug testing, and background checks.
- Fields general, straightforward inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers; escalates inquiries to senior team members and/or management as necessary.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English
- Minimum 1 year of HR service center experience required
- Bachelor's degree in HR or business related field required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to, correspondences and other written materials
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information
- Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.
- Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills
- Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette
- Highly prefer experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$17,658.33 - $21,936.25 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
