Environmental Programs Analyst
Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is seeking an Environmental Programs Analyst to join our team. This individual will report into the Environmental Programs Manager to support multiple components of our environmental work; including but not limited to waste, electronic waste, circular economy, pollution, and biodiversity. This individual will also support with data analysis related to our supply chain (i.e. Scope 3) emissions.
As an Environmental Programs Analyst, you will support the implementation and management of processes and data collection for corporate level environmental sustainability initiatives, engage with internal and external teams to facilitate data collection, and support compliance against environmental regulations.

Your areas of expertise shall also include circular solution development, supply chain engagement, data analyses, data visualization, presentation development, and ESG reporting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead ESG data collection, analysis, and quality control for waste (including e-waste), circular economy, pollution, and biodiversity in operations and across the supply chain
- Support environmental data collection, analysis, and quality control for supply chain (i.e. Scope 3) emissions
- Support on qualitative and quantitative disclosures on waste, circular economy, pollution, and biodiversity
- Leverage insights from sustainability data to identify opportunities to improve ESG disclosure and support the leadership team in strategic planning
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to aggregate data from multiple sources and advance projects
- Assist sustainability management team in developing new programs and vendor selection
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in environmental Sustainability, environmental reporting, or related areas
- Bachelor's degree with an educational focus in Sustainability preferred. Master's degree a plus
- Strong data analytics and data management skills
- Organizational and project management skills to effectively balance competing priorities while adhering to specific deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communications skills as well as advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to work and collaborate across functions, levels, and globally diverse employee populations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, produce manuals, and prepare presentations and proposals. Must possess ability to effectively present information and respond to question from groups of managers and employees
- Proven self-starter with ability to think and act in a proactive way
- Proficiency in the MS suite with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$67,300.00 - $104,500.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
