Job Description
Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a System Patient Experience Director to oversee patient satisfaction for food service and environmental service EVS operations.
The System Patient Experience Director sets the strategic plan and coordinates, directs, and evaluates the personnel and activities of the Patient Services department. Primary responsibilities include managing foodservice staff to assure quality food and nutrition services and EVS services; reviewing and updating policies and procedures; implementing and maintaining budget and cost-control procedures; and maintaining professional competency and skills required for professional practice.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitates and directs the implements the Executional Framework for Patient First and Manage the Cost of Care as specified on the Channel Website.
- Facilitates and directs operations of the Food Services department using knowledge of foodservice systems, medical and administrative dietetics, and department protocol to ensure optimal nutrition care for patients.
- Works in conjunction with the clinical nutrition team to ensure compliance to established policies and procedures for the formula room.
- Recommends purchasing of all supplies, and equipment as it relates to patient services.
- Develops patient food service standards to ensure patient satisfaction with meals and nourishment; and initiates action to correct any problems. Achieves patient satisfaction scores goals.
- Maintains a working knowledge of CBORD
- Develop programs (facilities, custodial, energy, grounds or maintenance) to meet client and customer demands and specifications
- Maintains compliance with all requirements of Federal, State and local regulations and guidelines including the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.

Qualifications
Previous experience in healthcare patient feeding food service operations preferred
? Requires at least 4 years of experience
? Requires at least 1-3 years of experience in a management role
? Requires previous experience in food service
? Requires a bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
? Strong communication skills
? Ability to develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
? Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard model
? Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to a unified food service experience for all customers
? Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
? Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
