Job Description
The Service Response Manager is responsible for planning, administering, and directing all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services, including Aramark and client financial accountability, and compliance with the standards established by Aramark, regulatory agencies and client.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintains the department?s policy and procedure manual and ensures staff performance remains compliant with said procedures
- Maintains schedules and time records in accordance with policy.
- Responsible for hiring, training and evaluating staff performance.
- Appropriate documentation is maintained and filed appropriately.
- Direct supervisory responsibility for Service Response staff.
- Establishes and maintains positive relationships with client and customers.
- Ensures Service Response Associates interacts professionally, courteously and appropriately.
- Responsible for providing service recovery in response to customer complaints and ?emergency requests? and creates action plans identifying corrective actions.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring department day to day performance of the Service Response as well as for measuring success of new initiatives.
- Process information and generate reports on a prescheduled or as needed basis.
- Maintains inventory for communication devises required to support operations
- Executes Aramark financial related tasks using Aramark?s Global Field Financial system
- Functions as the liaison between the local support services team and the client?s Finance Department
- Ensures inter-department expense transfers are tracked accurately and submitted timely
- Responsible for managing established budgets and for variance reporting on a monthly basis.
- Maintains CMMS program
- Maintains compliance with Aramark and client's standards of operation and within Aramark Business Conduct Policy, and Federal, State and local regulations and guidelines including the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.
- Maintains constant communication with Facilities management representatives

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, Associates degree or administrative certificate preferred, with 1 to 3 years supervisory experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system. Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; basic database management experience (Microsoft Access).
- License and/or certification required
