Job Description

The Marketing Specialist positionis responsible for supporting the Workplace Experience Group (WXG) Brand Development Team. This position will allow the individual to develop brand assets and tools to aid the Field Marketing Teams and Sales Teams to drive critical business initiatives, including sales growth; market penetration; customer retention; client acquisition and retention; client value creation; and improved margins and market share within the Workplace Experience Group Portfolio of Brands and Strategic Brand Partners. The role is responsible for delivering on the marketing strategy, market insights, promotions, merchandising standards, and communication to create demand among clients and consumers of products, services, and brands.

This is a hybrid position based out of Aramark Headquarters in Philadelphia. The Specialist is typically expected to be onsite 3 days/week, but schedule can fluctuate based on business needs or project timelines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop tools to deliver on the strategic initiatives with a focus on profitable growth.
  • Drives changes that result in profitable incremental business growth for WXG using relevant insights and trends.
  • Partners with WXG cross functional teams and corporate partners to achieve goals.
  • Ensures programs have a solid business case and a positive return on investment.
  • Leads revenue-building initiatives; increases market penetration and revenue in multiple channels; assures recommended pricing; follows established guidelines for profitability.
  • Communicates trends and keeps the customer top of mind in strategies, programs, and implementation.
  • Communicates and supports training for all strategies, brand programs, and processes to operations.

Travel:

  • Potentially travel up to 25% for account visits, client tours, and tradeshow events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or relevant field
  • Strong visual eye
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at once
  • 2-4 years professional experience
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of social media platforms, preferred
  • Deliver projects on time and on budget.
