EPAM is looking for a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist to elevate our employer brand awareness and attract top talent in Georgia.
In this role, you will be involved in various Talent Acquisition Marketing initiatives, including crafting localized content for your region, creating social campaigns, organizing in-person events and participating in global marketing special projects.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities
- Strengthen and promote EPAM's brand as a leader in the IT market through localized marketing activities
- Develop, implement and communicate a comprehensive Talent Acquisition Marketing strategy
- Carry out marketing initiatives and ensure proper engagement with external candidates
- Collaborate with colleagues to co-create compelling and dynamic content promoting career and training opportunities at EPAM
- Organize external IT events in Georgia
- Manage cooperation with universities and participate in students' events to strengthen the company's brand awareness

- 3+ years of proven experience in maintaining & executing marketing and employer branding strategies
- Hands-on experience in generating content for various channels & campaigns (online/offline) in English and Georgian
- Solid writing, editing and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of event management
- Analytical skills, experience in data-driven marketing
