Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator assists with the implementation and execution of marketing
programs which support base business growth, client retention and improved profit
margins for Palm Beach Atlantic Univerisity. The Marketing Coordinator helps to
support all critical business initiatives including, digital marketing promotions and
communication, meal plan and catering sales growth, market penetration, customer
and client retention, consumer engagement, improved margins and market share for
their account and Aramark Collegiate Hospitality.

Training, Computer Skills
Responsible for executing and implementing base business growth programs
and strategies to improve market penetration and increase voluntary meal plan
participation/sales. Helps to ensure all promotions, applicable sales enablers and
other Executional Framework initiatives are implemented across the account.
? Collaborates with General Manager and operations team to assist in daily
operations and is accountable for the data and results entered into Meal Plan
Analytics database.
? Interacts with clients and maintains effective client and customer relations as well
as maintains strong relationships with all levels of the Aramark team to
accomplish goals and objectives.
? Looks for opportunities to implement new innovations, technology solutions,
products and services which support sales growth and client retention.
? Measures results of marketing programs and gains customer feedback.
? Ensures participation in DiningStyles and Voice of the Consumer (VOC) and
presents results at team and client meetings each semester.
Qualifications
? When applicable, trains, works with, and influences student marketing intern(s) to
ensure all program logistics/graphics are complete.
? Oversees student peer to peer groups to ensure proper execution of voluntary
meal plan selling and events
? Ensures necessary training and support are provided to the account and that
brand standards are fully executed at all identified points of service, resulting in
sustainable growth in sales, profit, and customer satisfaction.
? Supports front line management with administration of marketing, Service
Excellence and Suggestive Selling training and development programs for
employees.
? Creates promotion calendars and is responsible for updating all web-based tools
and social media, sources customized templates to create consistent campuswide
signage and ensures appropriate menu signage in place.
