Job Responsibilities

  • Work with users to define and evaluate business needs, challenges, and inefficiencies that may be resolved through automated solutions.
  • Measure impact/success and drive quality assurance and continuous improvement of selected solutions.
  • Understand and be able to troubleshoot client IT infrastructure, including POS hardware, POS reporting systems, network/fiber connectivity, and routing.
  • Partners with the WXG Technology team to identify contractual risks and minimize potential data privacy and security issues.
  • Work closely with District Manager to ensure budgetary requirements are met.
  • Perform periodic customer success reviews that confirm satisfaction, resolve issues, and expand service performance.
  • Manage WXG technology leadership and Aramark legal approved vendor contracts to ensure service levels are met and business risk minimized; communicate any defects and coordinate testing and implementation of fixes.
  • Develop content and lead functional and technical training classes as necessary or required.

Qualifications

  • Maintain knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and computer networks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the client?s IT department to navigate approval processes with agility and speed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Aramark LOB Tech and leverage resources and tools appropriately to troubleshoot and remedy on-site issues.
  • Work directly with the operations team, client groups, LOB leadership, and corporate IT.
  • Defines client technology project scope, plans, and deliverables, including cost, project plans, and proposed implementation dates based on the WXG technology team guidelines.
  • May be called upon to support other WXG sites.

Periodic travel may be required

  • Bachelor?s Degree in Information Technology Field or equivalent work experience is required; a Master?s Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration is desired.
  • Four to five years of progressively responsible experience, including but not limited to in-depth expertise with large and complex hospitality and Point of Sales systems, hardware and infrastructure, and long-term strategy and innovation development.
  • Strong analysis, organization, communications, interpersonal, and project management skills are essential.
