Come and join our team! Harvest Table Culinary Group at Regis University is seeking a Registered Dietitian/Guest Experience Expert to join our growing team full-time!

This role will combine expertise in food, nutrition, and the promotion of culinary arts. Plans and implements nutritional programs to assist in the promotion of health and wellbeing and oversees nutritional analysis and allergen declaration. Serves as the Harvest Table marketing and communications liaison on the account leadership team. Works with the Director & Associate of Guest Experience, and account leadership team develop, implement, and evaluate marketing programs and strategies aligned specifically with Harvest Table?s culinary and guest service vision.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.?

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Developing and maintaining menu analysis and menu scheduling for multiple location on digital platforms.
Executing health and wellness programs and support the launch, activation, maintenance, and continuous improvements of the health and wellness platform.

Responsible for development and execution of annual meal plan campaigns, including oral and written presentations to various target groups (e.g.; on-campus residents, commuters, faculty & staff, etc.)

Oversees FDA National Menu Labeling compliance throughout all locations, residential dining and retail.
Partners with culinary team to conduct monthly or weekly kitchen and location recipe adherence audits. Check product purchasing and proper usage.

Partners with the campus Safety Champion to engage associates and mangers in educational in service meetings and regular trainings on food safety and allergen management procedures.

Provides health and wellbeing education and counseling to individuals and groups through educational tabling events, cooking demonstrations, lecture presentations, health fairs, engagement pop-ups, and other on-campus programming.

Provides individual tours to guest and prospective groups to familiarize them with our dining locations.
Follows HIPPA and FERPA guidelines throughout the entire nutrition counseling process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor?s Degree from a 4-year college or university in nutrition and Registered Dietitian credential with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Licensed Dietitian status, if residing in a state with licensure required.
    Strong communication skills; oral, written, and presentation and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people and behavior styles.
  • Guest-centric approach to higher education restaurants and dining experiences.
    A self-starter, confident in his/her abilities, self-motivated and able to work effectively with little supervision.
