Job Description
The Business Services Coordinator will undertake a diverse range of tasks within the operation. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Qualified candidates should demonstrate the capability to build performance -based interpersonal relationships and exercise a high degree of discretion when collaborating with key partners throughout the organization.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.?

Job Responsibilities
- Utilization of both initiative and judgment in managing various matters, including coordination and maintaining procedures and effective workflows.
- Establishing and maintaining a collaborative working relationship with client and team member.
- Performing administrative duties as required and support of projects and client needs.
- Collaboration with team to ensure that services are aligned with company goals and client expectations.
- Weekly invoicing and data tracking of all NYC OS services.
- NYC - ONA oversight: QC of hotels, follow up on reservations, invoice processing, etc.
- NYC - Mail Room duties; shipping, receiving, mail distribution, office supplies, etc.
- Conference room oversight: - supplies stocking, furniture setting, etc.
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of up to 50 lbs.

- Bachelor?s degree in related field or a minimum of two years related experience; or combination of education and related experience.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
