In this role, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams, global markets and others to drive growth of Client’s Music Divison across Acquisition and Engagement initiatives.You will define new initiatives with partners and global stakeholders to develop campaign strategy across the customer journey. You will work closely with cross-category partners as well as other internal business stakeholders to drive go-to-market plan for new programs, manage campaign workflow, develop creative assets and work with Brand and Engagement teams to ensure success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed global promotional experiment strategy, design campaigns, project plans, including campaign goals and messaging.
- Create a GTM plan and Identify marketing distribution channels, campaign schedule and KPIs.
- Oversee concept and creative development of campaign materials to create compelling and effective marketing content
- Partner with local teams to create strong process and mechanisms to scale global promotions
- Maintain Client Music brand and voice, while highlighting the unique value proposition of each partner participating in the campaign
- Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders
- Drive experiments to gather learnings about offer, creative and messaging tests, document results and share best practices to implement globally.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion.
- Minimum 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience with consumer facing brands, including integrated campaign management, customer acquisition, content marketing, marketing communications, product marketing and/or channel marketing.
- 4+ years of partner marketing and/or business development experience.
- BA/BS degree required
- Experience in project management, managing internal and external stakeholders, and multiple campaigns at once
- Former client experience would be plus
Preferred qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with subscription-based consumer products.
- Mobile experience for consumer technology product or service.
- Experience with consumer products, media and/or e-commerce.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
- MBA/advanced degree.
Top must haves:

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.64 to $49.61 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
