Your Role
The Tech Solutions Engineering Intern will operate in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment which requires flexibility, adaptability, initiative as well as excellent organization and problem-solving skills. This position will be located in Warren, OH.

Key job responsibilities for this role include:
- Coordinate design and design change activities for various electrified vehicle customers
- Work closely with product development teams to align Aptiv technology with customer needs and business pursuit
- Lead implementation of the latest technologies into Aptiv product designs
- Exploit Aptiv product differentiators that provides a competitive advantage (technology, cost, quality, services)
- Leverage Aptiv organizations/products into technical solution proposals for new business opportunities
- Work with Aptiv sales and Business Lines to ensure business objectives are met
- Create and deliver technically strong customer presentations
- Support, and work closely, with Aptiv Electrification teams in other regions
- Available to monitor and participate in harness and customer launch activities
- Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
- Min. year 3 in Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
- 1+ years' experience in a team environment
- 1+ years' experience in Electrical Schematics/Vehicle mechanizations understanding
Nice to have:
- Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal
- Multi-tasking team player with a hands-on approach
- Exposure to manufacturing environment
- CAD experience
