Transfer Pricing Manager (24 Month Fixed Term Contract)

We are currently hiring a Transfer Pricing Manager to come join our Global Tax Team team based here in Grand Canal Dock on a 2 year fixed term contract.

As a key member of our Global Transfer Pricing Team Reporting Directly to the Senior Director, Global Transfer Pricing

Please note, this is a fully onsite in office based position.

Your Role:

• Preparation, maintenance, and submission of all transfer pricing documentation and related reporting
• Managing a governance system to monitor the transfer pricing environment; including:
  • Review of legal entity and ensuring transfer pricing policies have been adhered to.
  • Conducting regular training of relevant finance, legal, and operational teams on impact of transfer pricing on organizational structures.
  • Preparation and maintenance of clear TP policies and guidelines.
• Pursuit of all transfer pricing related governmental ruling, APAs, or other agreements.
• Management of transfer pricing related controversies and tax audits.
• Strategic initiatives including business model reviews and transfer pricing planning.

• 3+ years tax experience within the tax function of a multinational publicly-traded corporation, Big 4 public accounting firm, and/or law firm; strong experience in with non-US based multi-nationals highly preferred.
• Experience in broad based foreign jurisdictions including the US, Asia Pac, and EMEA preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required; JD or Master's degree strong preference.
• Strong management and leadership skills and demonstrated success in managing large scale projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to interact well with people of various backgrounds and levels.
