About the Team
The Global Tax department is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager based in the London office who will become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be assisting transfer pricing and tax matters in Europe, including but not limited to operational transfer pricing, transfer pricing compliance, business support, tax control, tax optimization, and tax audit assistance, etc. This role will face some of the most dynamic challenges in Transfer Pricing and will have plenty of learning and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Building business partnerships by liaising and collaborating closely with finance
teams to provide ad-hoc advice and solutions.
- Assist in undertaking internal transfer pricing risk assessment.

- Prepare functional and financial analyses to reaffirm the existing transfer pricing
policies.
- Support the implementation of transfer pricing processes, controls, and
monitoring periodically.
- Manage and implement the transfer pricing price setting, monitoring and review
processes.
- Monitor and review transfer pricing processes.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain operational transfer pricing processes.
- Conduct periodic transfer pricing calculations.
- Collaborate with external consultants to prepare, review, and update
contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation and local files.
- Respond to internal and external transfer pricing tax inquiries, and assist
business partners with transfer pricing issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted transfer pricing legislation,
regulations and judicial decisions that impact the company operations and
financial positions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of transfer pricing experience in a multinational or global company, a top accounting firm, or/and other professional firm.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or equivalent related field.
- Experiences in transfer pricing compliance and controversial matters.
- Strong data analysis skills and strong time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal
and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work
with global partners across different time zones and cultures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Highly motivated with a solid understanding of transfer pricing principles and
interpretation.
- Professional proficiency in Chinese due to frequent review and handling of
financial and tax transfer pricing documents/reports and communication with
business leaders/team members from the China region.
- Professional proficiency in a major European language other than English (e.g.,
French or Italian) due to frequent review and handling of financial and tax
transfer pricing documents/reports and communication with business leaders
from multiple countries in the European region.
