Summary:
The Scrum Coordinator performs a wide variety of cross scrum team-related duties including developing program strategies for Software Development, project status monitoring and KPI reporting. The Scrum coordinator works closely with all project stakeholders to schedule and organize program-related events. If selected you'll be working with talented global teams consisting of software, system and test engineers. Aptiv develops cutting edge advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) products which enhances vehicle safety. Studies show just a half a second more warning can mitigate or prevent 60 percent of accidents. The underlying features such as automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, and lane keeping assistance technologies (and more) that have the power to prevent accidents and save lives.

Your Role:
The key job functions for the Scrum Coordinator position includes
- Establish and communicate Sprint & Program Iteration cadence calendar for the Program or Project.
- Facilitate Project/Program ceremonies (Big room planning, Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Sync, Tech Sync, Program/Platform Retrospectives).
- Communicate and maintain Project, Program level metrics.
- Ensure proper cooperation with SQA, ASPICE and Quality Audits
- Track the execution of Features.
- Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
- Manage risks and dependencies.
- Resolve, escalate and track impediments.
- Plan and coordinate software development activities with other global sites.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline (electrical, systems, computer science, software, computer or related field of study)
- 5+ years of experience as software/system/test engineer/Scrum master
- 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Coordinator/Project Coordinator
- Experience working with large teams
- Possesses Excellent communication skills
Additional Background Preferences:
- Experience with Automotive SPICE
- Experience with SDLC tools such as JIRA, Requirements management tool (like Polarion), Configuration management tool (like Plastic)
- Demonstrated ability in creation and review of project specific documentation
- Familiarity with scaled Agile framework
- Experience with Automotive Embedded product development
