Scheduling Coordinator
Your Role
As a scheduling Coordinator, you will be called to coordinate the functions of receiving and negotiating customer programs and analyze these programs in order to establish adequate planning consistent with manufacturing capacity and customer requirements.
The activities of the assembly coordinator are as follows
- Ensure compliance with the OS scheduling
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with customers/service centers the definition and revision of the "concept element & the MAP connection"
- Ensuring good preparation of capacity studies with planners
- Ensure the implementation of the necessary actions to support customer volumes
- Negotiate with customers in case of delivery problems and variations in delivery plans, additional costs, ...
- Coordinate with the different departments the development and implementation of optimal actions to achieve the plant's objectives, i.e.: manufacturing costs, inventory, etc.
- Ensure a daily follow-up of the delivery
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety standards.

Your Background
- Master's Degree in Logistics' or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Strong Analysis & critical & synthesis mind.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Disciplined and accurate/structured working style.
- Attitude of urgency, result oriented and team spirit.
