As a Regional Category Manager Connection Systems you will be in charge of Connection Systems Category with 350 M euros spend/over 100 global and regional suppliers.
Your Role:
- Build and implement long term strategies, aligned with stakeholders and in line with business needs including customer satisfaction, security of supply, overall performance
- Manage team of 6 buyers, develop team capabilities in negotiation, sourcing, implementation of the category strategy
- Manage sourcing activities in line with defined category strategy
- Monitor and improve category performance including commercial, quality and delivery KPIs
- Introduce new suppliers in line with business needs
- Manage relationships with key suppliers
- Lead negotiation of contracts and long term agreements with suppliers
- Reduce risk in supply chain by mitigating single source suppliers, improving localization, monitoring suppliers

Your Background:
- Engineering degree and/or degree in finance/economics
- At least 8 years of experience in purchasing organization
- Full proficiency in spoken and written English language
- Experience in Connection Systems Category
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Additional advantage would be:

- Experience in work in international environment
