Your Role:
- Provide launch managament leadership to program crossfunctional teams in the plants in assuring "flawless-launch" execution and link and levaring with the program manager for Category AA, and A programs when required
- Establish, confirm and manage the Project Plan & coordinate activities for programs Category B and C as Program Manager
- Followup with the area owners the operational gate reviews, ensure the launches in the plants with appropriate Program Review Commitees, and assure control of the mfg plant readiness supporting programs category AA, A launch activity
- Support Customer Audits in the manufacturing plants in conjuction with the Program Manager for AA, A programs
- Schedule gate reviews & program updates with appropriate Program Review Commitees, for Category B and C Programs as program manager
- Ensure Program Team(s) are capturing & applying lessons learned at each PDP phase & project milestone, for Category B and C programs as program manager
- Provide leadership to assure program financials are met, for programs categories B and C as program manager
- Assure the proper level of professionalism & knowledge are maintained in the Program Team, in both functions program manager and launch manager
- Foster an atmosphere that supports risk escalation & instills the need to raise issues up early in the process as program manager and launch manager
- Maintain required program records & report measurement metrics, for programs category B and C as program manager

- 4 year college degree (bachelor) or higher
- Strong communication skills ( oral and in writing)
- English level advanc
- Strong problem Solving skills
- Strong cross functional team coordination skills
